These terms and conditions which are set out below apply to all transactions placed by you the customer on the St Chiman website. By using stchiman.co.uk and placing an order, you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms, so please carefully read through them before placing an order. From time to time and without your notice we may change these terms. It is your responsibility to check regularly to see if any changes have been made to these terms. The version of terms that will apply to your order will be those on stchiman.co.uk at the time you place your order.
After placing your order you will receive an email conformation which acknowledges that we have received your order please note this email confirmation is not acceptance of your order even though payment has been taken. Once we have accepted your order, we then confirm this by sending you an email with your expected delivery details as the goods will have been dispatched. A contract between St Chiman and you is only formed when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. As we only dispatch goods Monday to Thursday delivery of our goods will not take place on weekends and bank holidays. No delivery services are available for weekend and bank holiday delivery.
All orders are subject stock to availability. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity and a refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. We take all reasonable measures to ensure that details, measurements and descriptions of Products given on this Website are as accurate and complete as possible but there may be variations between these and the Products themselves. All sizes and measurements are approximate.
Payment can be made via PayPal or debit / credit card. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
You can cancel your order within 7 days of purchase in accordance with the consumer contracts regulations. All goods can be refunded within 10 days of purchase providing they have not been worn and in the same saleable condition as sold. The buyer will be refunded excluding the postage & packing charge of £5.00, any item needed to be exchanged will incur a postage charge of £5 payable by papal
Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the laws applicable to this agreement are the laws of England and Wales. English is the only language in which the contracts are formed.
If any product we supply fails prematurely due to an inherent fault (manufacturing defect) we will provide you with an appropriate remedy, e.g. refund or replacement both of which will incur a postage charge of £5.
